Project Manager

About the Role:

Dogma International is looking to recruit a highly driven and motivated Project Manager whose primary responsibilities would be to lead projects and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through all lifecycles of the Software Development process.
  • Analyze the RAID throughout the project.
  • Regularly report overall project status to management and key stakeholders, escalating major issues as necessary.
  • Guide the team through development, testing, and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.
  • Maintain a project repository of historical and current project information.
  • Facilitate team meetings and other day-to-day activities as required by the team.
  • Shield team from external interferences and remove obstacles.
  • Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases.
  • Work with offshore project team and consultants effectively.
  • Identify resource requirements, capacity plan, and manage software and hardware availability.
  • Manage multiple client projects.
  • Take the functional responsibility of project resources including supporting of development and competency management.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
  • Handle communication of status, actions, and issues to all applicable stakeholders.
  • Initiate project activities on a standard plan.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Ensure business process standards are followed properly.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in related technical management role.
  • Strong time management & project management skills.
  • Experience implementing best practices for testing, UAT, release and operational support.
  • Experience in documenting plans and designs with Microsoft Project.
  • Able to work to conflicting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures, and various compatibility requirements.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude that inspires confidence and motivates teammates.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
