Goal 4: Quality Education
- Dedicate 10% of working hours to Learning and Development sessions for all the staff.

Run two monthly internal education sessions :from technology insights to soft skills development.

Dedicate 12hours weekly supporting local education establishments – career fairs, presenting, hackathons, mentorship program etc.
Goal 5: Gender Equality
- Educate employees about sexual harassment and gender diversity via sexual harassment trainings and gender diversity workshops by December 2022.
- Get at least 50% score in Female Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS, or Employee Satisfaction Index.)
- Retrain and upskill at least 30% of our female workforce and change their job roles to match their skills in tech by 2025.
