Dogma Group is committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on the four goals where we can have a direct impact with definitive, science-based targets and action plans.
Climate Action
Ensure inclusive and equitable learning, training, and capacity-building programmes, and promote lifelong growth opportunities for all.

Dedicate 10% of working hours to Learning and Development sessions for all staff. -
Run two monthly internal education sessions: from technology insights to soft skill development.

Dedicate 12 hours weekly to supporting local education establishments - career fairs, presentations, hackathons, mentorship programmes, etc.
Gender Equality
Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.

Educate employees about sexual harassment and gender diversity via sexual harassment training and gender diversity workshops.

Design and deliver sustainable products and solution implementation strategies to assist all our clients (new and existing) in their own sustainability path.
