Presales Executive

About the Role:

Dogma Group is looking to recruit Presales Executive whose primary responsibilities would be to generate new business opportunities, foster long-term client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Proactively identify and engage new sales leads from partners and direct clients, ensuring a steady influx of potential opportunities.
  • Introductory Sales Calls: Conduct and facilitate effective and successful sales calls with Customers and Partners – introducing Dogma, comprehensively understanding their needs and coordinating the most suitable resources, and ensuring clear next steps.
  • CRM Management: Skillfully qualify leads, maintaining an updated CRM system with accurate data on contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Leading Demos where appropriate to showcase the technology we are selling.
  • Questionnaires and Sales Proposals: Prepare questionnaires and comprehensive sales proposals followed by follow-up on proposals to address client queries, provide additional information, and collaborate with the sales team for timely finalization.
  • Teamwork and Professionalism: Collaborate seamlessly with team members, offering support when needed, volunteering for tasks, and demonstrating proactive initiative. Provide timely responses to emails, contributing to a professional and efficient team environment.
  • Training and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, and continually enhance skills. Develop familiarity with Sirius Apps, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and various support offerings for effective sales coordination.

Must Have:

  • Strong Communication skills with exposure to international clients.
  • Worked predominantly in the sales industry with exposure on finance and tech domains.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, computer science, information technology, or engineering may be preferred.
  • A strong understanding of technology, IT services, and tech-based solutions is crucial. Proven experience in technology sales or IT consulting sales is highly valuable.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions or services, such as software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or data analytics, is beneficial.
  • A financial background with experience with solutions like Microsoft Business Central or Finance and Operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the technology landscape, industry trends, and competitive landscape is essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and nurture client relationships.
  • The ability to understand clients’ unique challenges and propose tailored technology solutions is crucial.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas is typically expected.
  • Adaptable to evolving technologies and market trends.
  • Inclination to collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills are important.
  • Maintaining high ethical standards is crucial, especially when dealing with sensitive client data and technology solutions.
  • The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of the company’s tech solutions.
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work independently and in a team.
