What’s New?

This new Salesforce price increase only applies to new customers or existing customers purchasing new licences. The following are the new prices for the core Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud products:

  • Professional Edition now costs £64 per user/month
  • Enterprise Edition now costs £132 per user/month
  • Unlimited Edition now costs £264 per user/month

Similar list price increases also went into effect for Salesforce Industries, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement, CRM Analytic, and Tableau.

Impact on Customers

While these price increases might seem steep, it is essential to remember that Salesforce offers comprehensive solutions that integrate sales, service, marketing, and commerce under one umbrella.

Despite this Salesforce price increase, the breadth and depth of Salesforce offerings still presents a valuable proposition for businesses seeking efficiency, innovation, and growth. In addition to all the innovative features and powerful capabilities that help businesses drive success, the recent major Salesforce development includes introduction of generative AI features, The company is integrating this AI technology into its existing products, including AI Cloud, Einstein GPT, Sales GPT and Service GPT, and more, empowering business to tap into the infinite potential of AI.

So, maybe, a 9% price hike doesn’t seem all that significant, particularly considering all the advantages that Salesforce has to offer. Remember: Innovation comes at a cost but can bring about significant advancements that can drive growth and success.
