SiriusPayroll365 was first released in 2019 to address a gap in the market for an affordable and simple-to-use payroll solution that works with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

SiriusPayroll365 enables organisations to run payroll, pay people, automate complex processes, and help finance and HR teams ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The solution is HMRC-approved and has already been adopted by a wide range of industries like publishing, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, construction, leisure, entertainment, technology, and more. The latest version boasts an improved user experience through an updated, simple-to-use interface.

HMRC recognised payroll solution

Eddie Harford, CEO of Dogma Group comments; “Whilst Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and HR systems offered by the leading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) have evolved rapidly and have been super-charged with all the latest tech, it was a real surprise that there are very few solutions available for processing payroll – especially those that integrate with ERP platforms.

With many Finance and HR departments still grappling with risky and time-consuming manual payroll processes each month, we saw a real opportunity to develop a solution for Dynamics 365 Business Central – the market-leading ERP solution for small to medium-sized businesses. As well as the solution being simple to install and use, it was also important that we could offer the solution at a low price point, making the solution accessible to businesses of all shapes and sizes.”

SiriusPayroll365 works natively within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, providing complete payroll processing solution in one place. Managers can see management reports as well as all the detail on employee salaries, pensions, statutory payments and deductions whilst enabling them to send pay slips, P60’s and other information directly to staff.

SiriusPayroll365 also links to HMRC to automate submissions and validate employee information, enabling organisations can meet their Real Time Information (RTI) requirements. Furthermore, customers have the additional reassurance of all their employee’s personal data being stored within Microsoft’s Azure cloud, which boasts industry leading standards of security and compliance.

Eddie Harford, CEO of Dogma Group, commented, “Developing the app has involved working closely with our customers and leveraging the expertise of our talented team including Business Analysts, Chartered Accountants, User Experience Consultants, Product Specialists and Developers, among others. Although, the hard work is never done with an exciting feature-packed product roadmap ahead of us as we look to continually evolve the product so it remains at the cutting-edge.”

SiriusPayroll365 is available from Microsoft AppSource and is offered at just £1 per employee, per month. Partners are also invited to get in touch to discuss how they can offer the solution to their customers.
