Senior .NET Developer – Technical Development Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior .NET Developer to take on the role of Technical Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, Azure cloud services, and RESTful API development, along with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international clients, including short-term travel to the UK as needed by clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying .NET-based applications.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET Core /.NET 6+.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Utilise Azure services for cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in .NET development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
- Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Prior experience working with international clients or in a consulting environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for short durations.
