Eddie Harford
Chief Executive Officer
Eddie plays a key role day-to-day as the Senior Sponsor on many client projects, utilising his training in consultancy, technical passion, and business acumen to drive tangible results for our customers.
Eddie began as a CRM consultant and followed his entrepreneurial spirit in setting up the first Group business. He loves to drive change both in his own businesses and in transforming clients’ operations. He has broad system knowledge across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft, Sage, Infor, Oracle, etc.
Eddie is training as a pilot, essential for all high-flyers. Although he moved around a lot in his early years, he goes back to his roots with his passionate support of Liverpool FC. In his spare time, Eddie loves cooking and eating.
Sohan Shrestha
Head of Consultants
Sohan Shrestha is a dynamic leader and seasoned Microsoft D365 expert, currently heading the functional consulting team at Dogma Group. With a proven track record as a go-getter, Sohan brings deep expertise in D365 Business Central and D365 Finance, along with significant experience in ERP consulting.
He thrives on collaboration, working seamlessly across project departments and cross-functional teams to ensure consistently positive client experiences. Under his leadership, the Consultants team delivers tailored D365 solutions across industries, working closely with internal teams to align with client goals. He also champions professional development, mentoring his team to grow in both technical expertise and client engagement.
Sohan’s strong analytical foundation, technical acumen, and genuine commitment to client success make him a trusted partner in every engagement.
Yuran Shrestha
Chief Technical Officer
With over a decade of experience, beginning as a Business Central Technical Consultant at Dogma, Yuran now serves as Chief Technology Officer, spearheading the development of our Dynamics 365 product.
As CTO, Yuran not only architects innovative solutions but also leads in crafting strategies aligned with GDPR and data protection policies, ensuring long-term compliance. Yuran's commitment to ethical practices ensures that every solution delivered is not only technically robust but also trustworthy and compliant.

Bibek Baidya
General Manager
Bibek has been facilitating the team in recruiting new talents, assuring a high level of customer service, implementing company policies, and promoting the company to its stakeholders while ensuring the financial growth of the company.
An excellent communicator, Bibek listens empathetically and always recognises anyone in the Dogma team for their exceptional performance.
Bibek started his career as a business development executive and progressively moved up the organisational steps, eventually ascending to the role of customer service executive, head of support, and now General Manager of Dogma Group. He is well-versed in the Sales and Marketing modules of Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
