Tackle multiple tasks and boost your productivity with enhanced standard and custom list view actions in Pipeline Inspection. You can now update close dates of multiple deals, add products to opportunities, or even create quotes from directly within the Pipeline Inspection view. No more repetitive action–simply select the records, up to 200 deals, and get it done at once. Plus, say goodbye to manual edits for similar values. Inline updates let you modify multiple records to the same value, saving you even more precious time spent on routine tasks.

2. Data-Powered Decisions Made Easy with Revenue Intelligence 

The Summer release Sales Cloud enhancements make data-powered decisions even more accessible. Revenue Intelligence empowers your team to nurture relationships and unlock new market opportunities with advanced lead metrics. Keep your revenue data up to date with hourly refreshes for the most current insights. With tabs for easy navigation between dashboards, custom fiscal forecasts, and resources, managing your revenue data gets that much easier. Moreover, track installation progress and access comprehensive resources, including dashboards and Einstein Studio models—all within a centralised hub. 

3. Get Invaluable Lead Data Insights in Einstein Account Management

Einstein Account Management gets even smarter with detailed lead metrics accessible directly in the Account Inspector. Analyse leads by industry, source, or status, and track conversion rates to identify hidden opportunities. Drill down into lead details to understand your stakeholders better and nurture stronger relationships, ultimately leading to more successful deals. 

4. Streamline Your Workflows in the Intelligence Views 

Stop wasting time on repetitive tasks in Account, Contact, and Lead Intelligence views. Thanks to feedback from the Salesforce IdeaExchange community, you can now leverage standard and custom list view actions to streamline your workflow. Perform bulk updates for up to 200 records at once, whether you’re sending emails to a list of contacts, changing ownership of leads, or adding labels to accounts.

5. Contacts: Smarter Management, Stronger Relationships 

Salesforce now takes contact management to the next level with automated features that save you time and effort. New features automatically generate contacts from your email and calendar activities and enrich them with buyer profile data powered by Einstein generative AI. Automatically add phone, address, title, seniority level, department group, and buyer attributes to your contacts based on sales activity. You can also view all created contacts from the last 7 days on Seller Home. This ensures your contact information is always accurate and up to date, helping you build stronger relationships and close deals faster. 

6. To-Do List: Pick Up Right Where You Left Off

Remember that feeling of frustration when you lose your workflow on your To-Do List? The improved To-Do List now remembers your filters, sort order, and even side panel visibility. This allows you to seamlessly pick up where you left off, minimising wasted time spent reconfiguring your workspace. 

7. Track Sales Performance Effectively 

Enterprise Territory Management has been rebranded to Sales Territories, better reflecting its comprehensive approach to managing sales performance. Ensure fair compensation for your reps by tracking adjusted start and end dates for territory assignments. This provides valuable insights for sales planning and helps you analyse performance more effectively. 

8. Uncover Customer Needs with Sales Signals 

Coming in August 2024, Sales Signals leverages the power of large language models (LLMs) to analyse customer conversations. Filter topics by category and keyword to gain a clear view of what matters most to your customers. 10. Einstein for Sales: Your AI-Powered Sales Assistant

Einstein for Sales takes email drafting to the next level with the power of generative AI. Craft personalised emails quickly, visualise contacts in a relationship map, automatically add buyer profile data, or draft meeting requests with proposed time slots. Your friendly AI is designed to streamline communication and help your reps focus on closing deals.

11. Relationship Selling: Building Stronger Connections 

Visualise your contacts across company levels with the buyer relationship map. This powerful tool helps you identify key stakeholders and potential risks. Plus, Einstein generative AI automatically enriches contact profiles with company and buyer information, providing a comprehensive view of your customers to help you close deals faster. 

Additional Changes in the Sales Cloud 

Stay current with other enhancements in the Sales Cloud: 

  • New Order Save Behaviour (Release Update): Ensures custom application logic is correctly evaluated when order product updates change the parent order. 
  • Visual Refresh: Enjoy a streamlined colour palette, improved fonts, and better contrast for easier focus. 
  • Retirement Notices: Prepare for the retirement of Einstein Automated Contacts and transition to Automatic Contact Creation. 
  • Inbox Mobile was retired as of 1 February 2024 while full retirement for Salesforce for Outlook has been rescheduled for December 2027.
