Dogma’s Sustainability Commitment
Dogma Group is committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on the four goals where we can have a direct impact with definitive, science-based targets and action plans.
Quality Education
Ensure inclusive and equitable learning, training, and capacity-building programmes, and promote lifelong growth opportunities for all.
- Dedicate 10% of working hours to Learning and Development sessions for all staff.
- Run two monthly internal education sessions: from technology insights to soft skill development.
- Dedicate 12 hours weekly to supporting local education establishments - career fairs, presentations, hackathons, mentorship programmes, etc.
Gender Equality
Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
- Educate employees about sexual harassment and gender diversity via sexual harassment training and gender diversity workshops.
- Achieve at least 50% score in Female Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS, or Employee Satisfaction Index).
- Retrain and upskill at least 30% of our female workforce and change their job roles to match their tech skills by 2025.
Decent Work and Economic Growth
Promote an inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.
- Maintain a decent living standard for employees by providing fair wages.
- Provide employees with opportunities for upskilling and reskilling to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Promote an inclusive work environment that values and respects the unique perspectives and contributions of every individual.
Climate Action
Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impact.
- Ensure that all Dogma colleagues are Carbon Literate (Collaboration with Education workstream).
- Establish credible Net Zero Plans by the end of 2030.
- Implement a Digital-First approach to reduce business travel.

Design and deliver sustainable products and solution implementation strategies to assist all our clients (new and existing) in their own sustainability path.
