About the Role:
Dogma Group is looking to recruit MuleSoft Developers whose primary responsibilities would be designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design efficient solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand integration needs
- Design efficient and scalable integration solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices
- Develop MuleSoft integration flows, APIs, connectors, and other components to enable seamless data exchange and application integration
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the reliability and performance of integration solutions
- Conduct unit testing and debugging of MuleSoft applications to ensure they meet functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to support integration testing and resolve any issues or defects
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior developers and assist in their professional growth
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions
- Participate in code reviews, documentation and knowledge sharing activities to maintain high coding standards and promote best practice
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven 2 to 3 years’ experience as a MuleSoft Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of MuleSoft Any point Platform and Any point Studio
- Solid knowledge of API-led Connectivity, Designing RAML’s, Integration patterns, and MuleSoft ESB
- Proficiency in designing and developing MuleSoft integration flows, APIs, connectors, and transformations using Any point Studio
- Experience with MuleSoft connectors, such as Salesforce Connector, Database Connector, SAP, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and others
- Strong understanding of web services (REST, SOAP) and API protocols
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience in deploying MuleSoft applications to Cloud Hub and other Platforms using CI/CD
- Knowledge of database concepts and experience working with databases, such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements to design effective integration solutions along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer – Integration Associate and Integration Architect, are a plus
