Power Apps Developer

About the Role:

Dogma Group is looking to recruit PowerApps Developer whose primary responsibilities would be for designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design intuitive user interfaces, and create efficient workflows to automate business processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for custom application development.
  • Design and develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps.
  • Create intuitive user interfaces that provide a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Customize and configure data entities, forms, fields, views, and dashboards within Power Apps.
  • Implement business rules, workflows, and automation to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft and third-party applications using connectors and APIs.
  • Perform unit testing and quality assurance to ensure applications meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues within Power Apps applications, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements in Power Apps, exploring opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years prior experience in developing business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps development tools, including Power Apps Studio and Power Apps Portal.
  • Proficiency in designing and customizing canvas apps and model-driven apps using Power Apps.
  • Experience with Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps connectors and APIs for data integration with other systems.
  • Understanding of data modeling and data manipulation within Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Platform architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Apps and Power Platform are highly desirable.
