Talent Acquisition Specialist

Dogma Group is a tech consultation company working with ERP and CRM solutions for our clients primarily in the UK. We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and manage our full-cycle recruitment processes. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and culture of our organisation. You will collaborate with department heads to develop recruitment strategies and ensure we bring in the best talent to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively source and engage with candidates using various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
3. Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with department leaders to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
5. Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
6. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
- Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
7. Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire to drive data-driven improvements.
8. Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and equal opportunity regulations.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for tech and tech consultation Industry.
- Strong social media and networking skills for candidate sourcing.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
